Tuition and Fees

Our dance season begins in August and finishes with our end-of-year recitals, typically in May!

Your tuition is in equal payments for the entire season. There are no discounts or refunds for missed classes or holidays and no additional costs for months with five weeks. The only pro-rated month is August. When you register, you will be charged a registration fee and your first month of tuition to reserve your spot in class.

TUITION is charged automatically on the first of each month. If tuition is unpaid on the 6th, a $25 late fee will be applied to your account. A registration charge is automatically applied upon registration, along with your first month of tuition, to secure your spot in class. Tuition and registration fees are non-refundable. Only one discount applies if eligible for a discount (sibling, first responder/pastor).

COSTUMES are auto-charged on November 1st! We order ALL costumes during Thanksgiving break to ensure their delivery by recital! You will be charged for one costume per class; combo classes are 2-in-1 costumes and are only one charge. Costume charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.

RECITAL fee is auto-charged on February 15th. This fee covers a small portion of venue fees and rentals; it includes a student recital t-shirt, two recital tickets, a recital program, and a recital video link. Recital tickets will be on sale mid to late March and are non-refundable. Recital fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. *Please note that there is an additional charge for additional dancers with a family cap.

CANCELLATION of a class must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. There is a $35 cancellation fee PER CLASS. Written notice must be presented before the billing cycle and you will be sent a form link for class withdrawal.
